Steps To Follow :

1) You Need 3G Enable SIM for this Trick and Small 3G Data Pack Required with Unlimited Twitter,Facebook (I recommend Rs.197/- or 177/- with 1.25 GB 3G Data or whatever Unlimited FB,TW,WA for 28 Days which is Available in your City)

2) First Download Troid VPN from Play Store

3) Open Troid VPN App and Select any Free Server After Fill up in Rport: 443 & Lport: 0 and Change protocol UDP to TCP like Shows on Screenshot

4) Click On Advance Button Put in this

Proxy on Proxy Host: 107.170.237.191
Proxy Port: 8080
Header: m.twitter.com/@ or blog.twitter.com/@

5) And Save it and Connect.
